APPEARANCE: Clean, bright, straw yellow colour with lemon highlights. Fine bubble that forms a continuous, dynamic rosary; at the surface it forms a persistent crown around the edge of the glass.
NOSE: Varietal hints of tropical fruits (passion fruit, mango), red fruit (strawberry) and lactic tones accompanied by fresh pastry aromas (brioche).
MOUTH: Dry on entry, with a fine bubble that leaves a very pleasant sensation in the mouth. Medium-full body with good balance between alcohol and acidity. Silky in the mouth. Medium-long retronasal phase, recalling the tropical and red fruits.
